• Rev. Andy Pickens

The Rev. Andy Pickens serves as our Executive Pastor.  He and his wife Kathy were married in 1979, and have four adult children (Matthew, Alex, Jon, and Valerie) and have reached a particularly blessed stage in life with two grandchildren!  Andy came to Faith Church in January 2016 after serving churches in Maryland and as a missionary in Ireland with Mission to the World.  He graduated from Chesapeake Theological Seminary as a mid-life call to vocational ministry.  Prior to that, Andy worked as a program manager and engineer with IBM and Lockheed Martin.  1 Tim 1:15-16 both encourage Andy and serve as his prayer: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost.  But I received mercy for this reason, that in me as the foremost Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life.”  You can contact Andy at

  • Mr. Tim Mindemann

Mr. Tim Mindemann serves as Pastor to Youth and their Families. He began his ministry at Faith in January 2008 after serving in volunteer youth ministry for five years at Wheatland Presbyterian Church in Lancaster. Tim and his wife Elizabeth have three sons, Caleb, Joshua and Gideon, and a daughter, Annalee. Tim was born and raised in York County and he and Elizabeth are graduates of Lancaster Bible College. His hope in youth ministry is that more and more young people would be “enthralled by the reality of God and the power of His word to create authentic people” (John Piper). Romans 1:16-17 are significant verses for Tim:  “I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.  For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written, ‘The righteous will live by faith.'” You can contact Tim at
