Faith Church is becoming a family where no one is living a secret life and no one has a painful secret that he feels he cannot share with someone (1 John 1:7).
Our church is opening the windows on topics that are not always allowed in church. The testimonies and sermons in our services are uncovering real issues that Jesus Christ addresses and overcomes in our lives (Hebrews 4:12). We do not wish to force inappropriate sharing with one another, but are creating an environment where members are comfortable sharing even painful or sinful parts of their lives (James 5:16).
We are also improving our care and accountability for each member, and helping members to mentor others, finding folks to be invigorated by this real work of ministry (Galatians 6:2)—no member a spectator, no member lonely, and all members knowing their Kingdom usefulness (Romans 12:5).
